Sunday- REST

Monday- 30 min elliptical + 25 min strength training + 1 hr basketball

Tuesday- REST

Wednesday- 30 min treadmill (3.3 miles)

Thursday- REST

Friday- 5 mile run + 1 mile walk

Saturday- REST

Week of May 15th

Sunday- 65 min treadmill workout + 30 min strength training

Monday- 4 mile run
