Fitness is not a chore to me, but simply second nature.
I feel so much better about myself when I’m leading an active lifestyle. My energy, my self confidence, and my happiness are all elevated when I’m active.
Being fit does not require spending 2 hours a day at the gym. There are so many ways to be active and the most important thing is to make sure that you aren’t bored, that you aren’t “forcing” yourself to work out. Some of my favorite fitness activities include running, hiking, yoga, pilates, and spinning classes, but everyone is different. What works for me might not work for you, and vice versa.
